Plastisol ink
Plasticizer-based ink that does not dry on screen during printing allowing for finer mesh count. This enables thin ink film to be achieved thus giving finer definition work and soft hand feel. Special effects can be added like suede feel, hardfeel, puff, high-density, jelly print, metallic effect and glitter colors. Inks are produced by Wilflex, a member of Polyone group from USA which has decades of experience in plastisol inks. Inks conform to all standard for textiles work like Oeko-tex and formaldehyde free. Like the non-phthalate type, EPIC Non-PVC and non-phthalate ink (Wilflex One) is available as well.
