Standard or made-to-order screen developing / Washing machine with specid model design and arrangement that delivers very high and even water jet film.
Frame Adhesive
A 2 pack system glue is used at the ratio of glue and catalyst as 9:1. Used for adhering mesh to the aluminum frame or wooden frame when stretching by machine. The glue will need to be used immediately after mixing with catalyst. For reducing viscosity, Win 222 can be mixed to ease during the time of application.
PVC Adhesive
PVC adhesive is used for joining PVC materials to form different shape packaging. Excellent adhesion and fast drying to produce a better performance.
Screen Filler
It is used for stencil block-out or touch-up after exposure and can use on all meshes. Our products are Ulano Screen Filler 60 and 67 (Both Blue Color) and Blue Screen Filler for economic usage which is not as good resistant.
Screen Stencil HardenerStencil Hardener
It is a liquid, post exposure and processing screen stencil hardener which improves the stencil durability of water-resistant direct emulsion. Our products is Hardener 2119 from Fotec. This type will not allow for Screen reclaimation. Another type, White Hardener, is not as durable but can reclaim the screen after usage.
Screen Degreaser
Screen degreaser is used to clean dirt and oil found on the mesh before applying the emulsion. ULANO Degreaser No. 33 can be mixed with water 10 times the amount of degreaser and Degreaser No.3 is ready to use form. Degreaser Gel No. 23 is slightly alkali with the ingredient of silicon carbide which is rough. This makes it suitable for cleaning the new mesh and also roughen it without destroying the mesh so the emulsion or film can adhere better on the mesh.
Diazo Stain & Fabric Regenerator Remover
It is a chemical for diazo stain remover, also help remove ink and emulsion haze from nylon and polyester fabrics. ULANO fabric regenerator 8 helps to remove ghost image.
