Squeegee
Squeegees are an essential tool for screen printing; probably the most important piece of equipment besides the actual screen. Emulsion Coater
Fabricated from Chemical resistant stainless steel and aluminum with various ‘lip’ radius to control the coating thickness. The length could be cut to the frame size from 2-20 inch on custom mode to size needed.

Squeegee Holder
Wooden Squeegee Holder fit all types of squeegee. Aluminum Squeegee Holder has bolts and nuts to lock, which can adjust dimension to suit the size of operator’s hand. It allows for easy assembling / disassembling of squeegees to the holder for cleaning purpose. It fits all types of squeegees. Both wooden and aluminum types can be ordered to specific length needed.
Application Tape
Application Tapes are used to transfer and position decals die cut lettering, striping and also protect the surface, and can protect the pallet for textile screen printing easily release and clean. All of these items made from good paper, different adhesive coated. The products are Application Tape 4000, 4050, 4075.

PVC sticker
PVC stickers are glossy in white, clear, and other colors, made from soft PVC film. The types of liners have wood-free release base paper, PE Kraft release liner with white or yellow color. The adhesive is permanent type and high tack, anti-plasticizer migration adhesive. For labeling in applications where resistance against water, Solvent oil.
